Our Heritage

Around 1850 my Great Great Grandfather Kajetin Nizio built a water driven stone ground wheat flour mill. Every generation since has worked in a milling operation and produced or sold healthy natural flours. DJH International is a majority female owned family business with Danuta (CEO), son Josh and daughter Hannah (comprising DJH). John is also a co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer.
